Case study
Xi Jinping Red-Team GPT
A persona-based GPT that brings a credible PRC senior-leadership challenge into strategic wargaming and planning.
Purpose
A persona-based GPT that brings a credible PRC senior-leadership challenge into strategic wargaming and planning.
Overview
This is a focused red-team GPT for strategic wargaming in PME settings.
It challenges blue-team assumptions through a disciplined adversarial perspective rather than a generic persona chat.
What I built
It is a scoped Xi Jinping persona configured for strategic red-team use, with prompt structures that pressure-test objectives, assumptions, and risk framing, and a workflow that supports facilitator-led use during planning and debrief.
Why it matters
In a lot of strategic discussions the adversary's logic is either oversimplified or left underdeveloped. This makes that logic explicit and open to challenge, and it improves the argument by forcing people to engage a stronger counter-perspective before they settle on a conclusion.
Current state
This is an active PME project, used as part of AI-enabled strategic wargaming and red-team experimentation.
